# Method:

01 - In a medium mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and chopped chives until smooth and uniform.
02 - Divide the dip into two portions. Shape one larger ball for the body and a smaller ball for the head; place both on a serving platter to assemble the snowman figure.
03 - Slice a round from the carrot to create the nose. Use black olives to form eyes and buttons. Cut red bell pepper into strips to form a scarf around the neck.
04 - Surround the snowman dip with sliced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, baby carrots, broccoli florets, cauliflower florets, and snap peas to complete the colorful vegetable platter.
