02 - 4.2 oz goat cheese, softened
03 - 1 tbsp honey

05 - Zest of 1/2 orange

06 - 1.77 oz dried cranberries, roughly chopped
07 - 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
08 - 1.06 oz pistachios, roughly chopped
09 - Seeds of 1 small pomegranate
10 - 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
11 - 1/2 tsp flaky sea salt

12 - Assorted crackers or gluten-free crackers

# Method:

01 - In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese, goat cheese, honey, black pepper, and orange zest until smooth and uniform.
02 - Lay a large piece of plastic wrap on a work surface, spoon the cheese mixture onto the center, and mold it into a cone or triangle resembling a Christmas tree using the wrap.
03 - Place the shaped cheese tree onto a serving platter and smooth the surface with a spatula or the back of a spoon.
04 - Press chopped dried cranberries, pistachios, and pomegranate seeds onto the cheese surface, allowing some areas to remain uncovered for visual appeal.
05 - Sprinkle finely chopped rosemary and parsley over the cheese tree to create a festive, green appearance.
06 - Decorate with extra rosemary sprigs to mimic pine needles and lightly sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
07 - Place crackers and/or vegetable crudités around the base for serving.
08 - Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up, or serve immediately as preferred.
